You are receiving this email as a follow-up to your previous inquiry about the Canadian Dental Care Plan online. We are thrilled to announce that we will be accepting the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP), a federal government program designed to reduce financial barriers to oral health care for eligible Canadian residents.We will book your appointment now to secure your spot and guide you to get the dental care that you need. Please note that all information presented in this email is based on current information. In case of any important updates, we will let you know.

All adults with CDCP can get regular cleaning appointments.



Fillings, extractions, crowns, dentures and root canal treatments will be covered. Certain treatments need pre-approval from CDCP for coverage - we will help you apply. All adults with CDCP can get regular cleaning appointments.



If you want to discuss your dental treatment plan using CDCP coverage, we will book you now for a brief consultation at no extra charge.



If you need teeth cleaning and a check-up before your coverage becomes effective, please let us know. We have a $99 new patient special that includes a comprehensive exam, x-rays and scaling.

Quick Facts About CDCP

- Your approval from Service Canada may take up to 3 months - it is best to apply as soon as possible.

- Unlimited dental coverage with restrictions on frequency of treatment.

- The amount of coverage depends on the annual adjusted family net income. Please refer to the table below. Please note that this is subject to change based on future government updates. We will let you know in case of any updates.

What Do You Need To Apply

- Application code top right corner of your invitation letter (Code will have a valid date)

- Social Insurance Number (SIN)

How will you know if you qualify

- After you apply Service Canada will mail you a letter letting you know you qualify for the CDCP

- You will receive a welcome package from Sunlife Assurance Company

- It should take up to three months after you apply

When will the dental coverage start

- Your package will give you a date of activation that you can start using your benefits

Please ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria

- Annual adjusted family net income of less than $90,000.
- No existing dental insurance coverage.
- Canadian residents for tax purposes.
- Have filed your tax return in the previous year.
